| Letter from the Editor April 28, 2010 There couldn't be a better time to ascribe to the gospel of mobile gadgetry. Devices like the iPad bring the functionality of smart phones (with their small 3-, 4-, or 5-inch displays) to a larger, more ergonomically focused leisure device and, if you love the power afforded by smart phones (you know, location-aware apps that automatically inform others where you are, keeping in touch with friends and family via integrated social networking tools, checking your hair with pictures taken on the 5MP and up cameras, etc.), then there's no better time to hop onboard. At $199 with a new contract, the price points for new-to-market smart phones are lower than ever, and many cost a fraction of that price (the Palm Pixi is free, people!). But I know I'm preaching to the chior here.
