It's March, so it's time for some sort of madness to creep into your life. For many, the obsession of choice is college basketball. For us, it's hot-wired little chassis of portable tech goodness. It's time for Smart Phone Madness. And to punctuate our enthusiasm, we've got another giveaway, the HTC HD2, one of the 16 auspicious mobile devices out for glory in our annual competition. If you're smart phone savvy, then the HTC HD2 needs no introduction and you should skip ahead and enter to win the device. If not, check out the HD2's spec rundown to the right. And don't forget to check out other features like the Dell Inspiron 15 for $225 off, notebook shopping tips, and a cautionary review (stay away!) of the Archos 9 PCTablet (far away!).
